It's a new year which means there are new things on the horizon at A Door to Hope! As we dream for 2015 we reflect on the work that was accomplished in 2014 and are unbelievably thankful to those that brought these statistics to life. Take a look at what YOU did:
- 386 Team Members went to Haiti to be HOPE
- 16 Families in Haiti got a NEW HOME
- Kiddos were loved on and were taught the Gospel of Jesus in 7 weeks of VBS
- Teachers were encouraged and taught new educational skills at our inaugural Teacher's Conference
- Pastors and students were challenged and discipled through the Dare to Be a Daniel Conference
- A Rice feeding took place to feed 205 Families in the Village of Callebasse
- A full medical clinic was hosted in Grand Goave
- A full makeover took place at the church in Kenscoff
- Skylights were put in at Godet orphanage to bring light for children without electricity
- Offices were created for the Preschool directors of the Callebasse school
- A concrete mixer and truck were donated from The Foundation of Hope to make home building more time efficient and long lasting
- Hundreds of needed supplies were provided
- Hundreds of Kiddos were loved on in orphanages
- And most importantly people came to know the Lord and were given the HOPE of an eternity with Him
We cannot thank you enough for making the dream, mission and vision of A Door to Hope come alive through your hands. Without you, the work would not be possible. With much anticipation we look forward to 2015 and are extremely excited to discover the work the Lord has prepared before us.
